Co-located and/or remote users evaluate a virtual model. Each user percieves the virtual model from his personal point of view

<cake platter interaction metaphor>

The virtual model is standing on a tangible interaction device called "cake platter". Users can interact with the virtual model by interacting with the tangible device.

<annotations>

A user can state his opinion about a specific part by different annotations like color, text or drawings.

All annotations are stored in a database and can be reviewed after the session.

<tangible interaction devices>

Users can use tangible interaction devices to interact with the virtual model. The picture shows interaction with a real flash light to manipulate a virtual light source.

<PDA integration>

PDAs like are used to exchange virtual models with the cake platter or other users.

<link between 2d applications and sr:meeting>

Users can use their conventional desktop applications in the virtual environment of sr:meeting.
We have furthermore extended desktop applications like MS-Access or Netscape to be able to interact with the virtual environment for model selection or similar actions.
